By booking or using our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
We Assemble LLC provides furniture, equipment, and product assembly services. We are not
the manufacturer or seller of the items being assembled. We are not responsible for defects,
missing parts, or damages that occurred during shipping or delivery from the store or
manufacturer.
2. Customer Responsibility
● Customers must ensure the items to be assembled are delivered to the assembly location prior to service.
● Customers are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for assembly (sufficient space, lighting, and access).
● Customers must disclose any fragile areas (e.g., delicate floors, walls, or surfaces) before assembly begins.
3. Limitation of Liability
● We are not liable for damages to defective, missing, or poorly manufactured items.
● We are not liable for scratches, dents, or incidental damages to furniture, flooring, or property unless proven gross negligence occurs.
● We are not liable for personal injury or property damage from the use of any assembled item.
● We are not responsible for third-party injuries or accidents after assembly (e.g., guest falls from a chair).
● We do not accept lawsuits or legal actions. No monetary damages may be claimed under any circumstance.
4. Arbitration Only All disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration in Hampton, VA. You waive all rights to court, jury trials, and lawsuits.
5. Payment, Refunds & Fees
● All payments are due at booking or completion.
● Rush fees and deposits are non-refundable once confirmed.
● No refunds once assembly begins.
● $25 same-day reschedule fee.
● $50 no-show fee if you're not home at agreed time.
6. Warranty Disclaimer We do not provide warranties of any kind. The product manufacturer is solely responsible for defects, safety, and support.
7. Final Assembly Inspection You must inspect and approve the item before we leave. Once we leave, you accept the completed job as-is.
8. Photo Documentation We may take before-and-after photos to protect against false claims of damage.
9. Indemnification
By using our service, you agree to hold We Assemble LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, legal fees, or injuries that:
● Involve items we assembled for you;
● Result from your use of those items;
● Result in injury, accident, or damage to others;
● Are claimed by third parties.
10. Assembly Windows & Prep
● Most jobs are booked in 2–4 hour arrival blocks.
● Customers must prep the area before arrival.
● We do not lift heavy furniture or move existing pieces.
11. Tipping Policy
Tips are optional but appreciated. We accept cash, Cash App, or can add it to your final invoice.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
